Bolt
ZipBolt’s
new ST line features a revolutionary concept for fixing stair rails,
furniture assemblies, etc. Multiple sizes allow it to fit a broad
range of applications. Simply apply the threaded insert with a Hex
Wrench, thread the connector bolt into the insert, fit the drive
mechanism onto the ZipTool and place into the 25mm ( 1”) bore
and tighten. The Zip Tool can be used with a Hand Driver or a Screw

The ZipBolt KD
product offers the same features as the ST line but with a 35mm
(1 3/8”) diameter end block for Furniture and other KD applications.
New ZipBolt designs will be added in 2005 for other applications.
